Welcome -We just housed our 100th family!

We have just housed our 100th family since our inception. We would like to thank all of our volunteers who have helped us along the way and a special thank you to Skip Ockomon for his vision and hard work to make this possible. Bitter cold weather is upon us and snow. Again, make sure you do not overload electrical outlets, never leave the house with a space heater on, Christmas lights on the tree and check to ensure your furnace is in good working order. Also, if there is a lot of snow that the exhaust pipe is not covered up on the furnace. Check your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Everyone have a save and happy holiday season. Merry Christmas!

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE TIME AND AGAIN THANK EVERYONE IN ASSISTING WHEN OUR HOME CAUGHT FIRE AND WE WERE DISPLACED. HAVING A HOUSE TO GO TO – WITH A MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL WOES REALLY EASED SOME OF THE TENSION OF NOT KNOWING WHAT THE NEXT STEP WOULD BE. THE FIRE RESCUE HOUSE WAS A SAFE AND COMFORTING PLACE FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO HELP IN DIRE TIME OF NEED. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS AND GROW THIS ORGANIZATION.
